Hey there!

Hi, I’m Briona (she/her).

I earned my MSW from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and I’m licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Florida and an Independent Social Worker in Ohio.

I founded At The End Of The Day Counseling, LLC after several years working in school social work and most recently as an oncology social worker. Those roles shaped the way I approach therapy, with empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for how much people carry, often quietly.

A few things about me, because I’m human after all: I love cozy hobbies like reading, puzzles, coloring, Lego building, and watching sunsets. I have two very spoiled dogs and one extremely spoiled cat - all of whom love naps almost as much as I do.

I also know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with anxiety and depression. That lived experience deeply informs the way I show up in the therapy room. I understand how isolating it can feel and how hard it can be to ask for help, especially when it seems like everyone else has it together.

My approach to therapy is warm, conversational, and supportive while still grounded in evidence-based practice. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we’ll work on making sense of what you’re experiencing, building tools that actually help, and finding ways to move forward that feel authentic and sustainable.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just ready for things to feel a little lighter, I’d be honored to work with you.

If you are interested in setting up a consultation call to discuss starting services, please provide your preferred name, email, contact method, and a brief message about what brings you here. I will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours via email - I can’t wait to hear from you!
